Refund policy

At Spectrix, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@spectrixgroup.co.uk. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation, as they will not be accepted.

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or special-order products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable goods. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order for the replacement product.


European Union – Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must still be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee where applicable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@spectrixgroup.co.uk
