At Spectrix, we are committed to providing a fast and reliable delivery service for all orders. All purchases are processed and dispatched within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Every effort is made to ensure your order is prepared and shipped promptly so you receive your equipment without unnecessary delay.

We offer a straightforward delivery structure across the UK. Orders with a total value of under £300 are subject to a delivery charge of £7.99, while orders over £300 qualify for free delivery. All shipments are sent using a tracked courier service to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within one to two working days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods where required.

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, there may occasionally be delays during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
